Following the successful completion of the first phase of “stress testing and data collection,” we have finalized the comprehensive governance of the L1 network and are now officially announcing the results. Below are the details: ### Penalized Nodes and Deduction Amounts To ensure network fairness and service quality, based on objective technical data from the first phase of testing, we have taken action against certain severely non-compliant nodes. The penalty details are as follows: List of Penalized Nodes: {% embed url="" %} Deduction Amount: 90% of the historical earnings of the above 24 nodes have been deducted, totaling 1,147,173,255 in penalties. Action Taken: These nodes’ L1 node qualifications have been revoked, and they have been taken offline. ### Reward Pool Distribution The earnings deducted from non-compliant nodes have been fully allocated to a special incentive pool to reward all nodes that successfully transitioned to L1 Phase 2, in recognition of their continued contributions. The distribution details are as follows: * Total Reward Pool: 1,147,173,255 (i.e., the total deducted amount). * Distribution Method: Rewards will be allocated proportionally based on each retained node’s historical contribution value (points) from the first phase, ensuring fairness and transparency. * Eligible Recipients: All L1 nodes that meet the standards and continue to operate (excluding L1 nodes that actively withdrew during the exit window). * Expected Distribution Date: Rewards will be automatically distributed to each node’s account via the backend by June 27. Please stay tuned for the transfer. ### Future Plans The Titan L1 network will focus on enhancing performance, expanding real-world storage applications, and increasing the value of rewards. The current reward and evaluation mechanisms will remain stable, but the value of point redemption may be adjusted in the future.
