Titan Network 贡献积分感谢卡，是 Titan Network 为感谢用户所做贡献而推出的一张具有收藏价值的纪念卡片。

持卡用户可以在Titan主网上线时将自己的贡献积分兑换成主网代币，具体操作步骤如下：

1、扫描二维码：扫描卡片背面的二维码即可进入表单页面。

2、填写信息： 输入您的卡号、贡献点数、钱包地址、邮箱账号完成表格。

3、提交表单： 提交信息，等待Titan项目组审核。

4、领取福利： 审核成功后，积分福利将发放至您提供的钱包地址。
